Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service, excellent time management, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to and from clients' homes or job sites across Calgary (mileage reimbursed as applicable)
  • Clean residential and/or commercial spaces according to company standards and client preferences.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Deep clean areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, baseboards, and appliances when required.
  • Refill cleaning supplies and ensure equipment (e.g., vacuum, mop) is properly maintained and returned after each shift.
  • Handle cleaning products safely and follow company guidelines for chemical use.
  • Report any damages, maintenance issues, or supply shortages promptly.
  • Work efficiently—individually or in a team of 2–3 cleaners—to complete jobs on schedule.
  • Maintain professionalism and respect in clients' homes and workplaces.
  • Follow checklists and instructions for each cleaning job.
  • Ensure quality control by double-checking work before leaving each site.
  • Uphold company values of reliability, attention to detail, and respect for client privacy.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
