We will be pulling a first round of candidates for the 2025 operational season on January 12, 2026. Should there be vacancies later in the operational season, we will continue to pull from the list.

About the position

Duties

Student Skyline Attendant:

Provides traffic management, visitor services, revenue collection, at key day use areas

in Cape Breton Highlands National Park. This includes but is not limited to: flagging and

other traffic management, providing information to the visiting public, litter picking,

regulation and safety compliance.Student Entry Gate and Visitor Centre Attendant:

Revenue collection at various visitor service locations including visitor centres, entry

gates, day use areas and retail locations. This includes providing comprehensive

information to the visiting public on a wide variety of topics including but not limited to:

campgrounds, trails, points of interest, safety, wilderness travel, park regulations and

policies, selling a variety of passes, and properly accounting for revenue received.Student Campground Attendant:

Visitor service, revenue collection and campground operations. This includes but is not

limited to greeting visitors and providing orientation, information and direction;

confirming reservations; selling of campsites; providing support to grounds cleaning

and litter picking.All attendants must be willing to resolve visitor complaints or concerns as needed and

demonstrate tasks to others when required.
