We are currently expanding our team and seeking individuals to join us in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential**

Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate, timely assistance to callers on a dedicated account
  • Identify caller needs and gather essential information
  • Consistently follow quality standards to ensure excellent service
  • Navigate multiple computer systems with confidence

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated and passionate about delivering superior customer service
  • Previous call center or customer service experience REQUIRED
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Details

  • Full-time, Permanent
  • Pay: Starting at $19.00/hour (increases to $19.75/hour after probation)
  • Hours: 32–48 per week

  • Internet subsidy when remote (50%+ remote work): $50/month for cable/fiber, $100/month for satellite
  • Vacation: 6% accrual beginning immediately (3 weeks annually)

  • On-site or remote (dependent on performance and requirements)
