This role is responsible for leading discovery, shaping solution approaches, and ensuring that business intent is preserved throughout delivery.  Working closely with Technical Consultants and Project Managers, the Solution Consultant bridges business strategy and technical execution, helping customers realize measurable outcomes from their Atlassian investments.    Responsibilities  Customer Discovery and Advisory  -Lead discovery workshops to understand customer goals, challenges, and success criteria.  -Develop a deep understanding of customer strategy, organizational maturity, and operating context.  -Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders by providing clear, outcome-focused guidance.  Solution Design and Roadmapping  -Translate business needs into high-level solution designs, roadmaps, and blueprints.  -Map customer requirements to Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and Jira Align.  -Ensure proposed solutions align with best practices in ITSM, Agile at Scale, and Work Management.  Pre-Sales and Opportunity Support  -Support pre-sales efforts by contributing to solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposals.  -Partner with sales and delivery teams to shape solutions that are both viable and valuable.  -Help articulate solution value in a way that aligns business outcomes with platform capabilities.  Delivery Partnership and Ownership  -Act as solution owner throughout delivery, ensuring continuity between design intent and execution.  -Partner closely with Technical Consultants and Project Managers to enable smooth handoffs and successful outcomes.  -Maintain focus on business value realization throughout the delivery lifecycle.  Growth, Enablement, and Practice Contribution  -Identify opportunities for optimization, expansion, and follow-on work with existing customers.  -Contribute to internal playbooks and solutioning standards.  -Mentor consultants and support the development of solutioning best practices across the team.    What Success Looks Like  -High customer satisfaction and strong advisory impact.  -Delivered solutions that are clearly aligned to customer business objectives.  -Repeat business and expansion opportunities driven by trust and value.  -Seamless transition from solution design to delivery execution.    What You Bring  Must Have  -3 to 6 years of experience in ITSM, Agile, digital transformation consulting or related experience.  -Ability to connect technology decisions to business outcomes.  -Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.  -Experience creating solution designs, roadmaps, or architecture documentation.  Nice to Have  -Experience supporting pre-sales or solution engineering efforts.  -Familiarity with ITIL, SAFe, or Lean-Agile frameworks.  -Atlassian or ITSM-related certifications.    Why join Valiantys? This role can be located in Canada or in the United States, preferably East Coast. We offer flexible remote/office hybrid working policy.
