About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced SailPoint Developer to support the configuration, implementation, and optimization of SailPoint IdentityNow/Identity Security Cloud (ISC). The successful candidate will design workflows, manage user provisioning processes, and integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems to ensure secure identity and access governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage SailPoint IdentityNow/ISC environments.
  • Support onboarding of factory applications and integration workflows.
  • Stay current with new features, upgrades, and best practices within SailPoint IdentityNow.
  • Implement and document processes/procedures for IdentityNow/ISC.
  • Design and deploy configurations based on business requirements.
  • Automate provisioning and access lifecycle workflows.
  • Troubleshoot advanced access management and identity governance issues.
  • Analyze audit logs and compliance reports for policy adherence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT/security teams for seamless integrations.

Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of SailPoint IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud.
  • Experience with access governance, provisioning, and RBAC implementation.
  • Ability to diagnose complex IAM issues and recommend solutions.
  • Understanding of security standards, compliance frameworks, and IAM best practices.
  • Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) is an asset.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
