We are seeking a skilled IAM Engineer with 3–7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, including 2–3 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (Identity Cloud). The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our IAM solutions to ensure secure and efficient access to systems across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and manage SailPoint IdentityNow platform including lifecycle events, access certifications, provisioning, and governance.
  • Develop and maintain connectors/integrations between SailPoint and various systems (e.g., Active Directory, Workday, ServiceNow, cloud platforms).
  • Perform user lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), policy configuration, and entitlement management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide IAM solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Monitor IAM systems for performance, availability, and security issues.
  • Assist with audits, compliance, and access review processes.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (Identity Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts: provisioning, governance, SSO, RBAC, access reviews, certification.
  • Experience with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP).
  • Familiarity with identity lifecycle processes and user provisioning across hybrid environments.
  • Strong scripting skills (e.g., BeanShell, PowerShell, or similar).
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, SCIM, and integration with cloud/SaaS platforms.
  • Good understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SailPoint IdentityNow certification(s).
  • Experience with cloud IAM integrations (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM).
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for IAM automation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 per hour
