Senior Project Manager – Pre-Construction to Project Occupancy

Our client, a reputable builder/developer in the GTA, is seeking a
Senior Project Manager
who will oversee both
pre-construction and construction phases
for a Stacked Town home project in Mississauga. You will be given autonomy and strong leadership support to drive project performance.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will play a key leadership role across the full project lifecycle—from pre-construction planning and estimating through construction execution and close-out.

You will:

  • Lead, mentor, and provide direction to project teams (including Project Managers and junior staff).
  • Focus solely on the delivery of a multi phased stacked townhouse project.
  • Drive a proactive pre-construction process: budgets, estimates, schedules, cost plans, design coordination, and risk reviews.
  • Challenge and improve processes to create more efficient project execution.
  • Ensure accurate, competitive estimates and collaborate with subcontractors and consultants.
  • Provide leadership through construction, maintaining project schedule, budget, quality, and communication.

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical awareness of complex residential projects, comfort with cost estimating and pre-con processes, and the ability to manage full-cycle project delivery.
