We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. As a key member of our team, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for guests while accurately preparing and serving drinks. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with company standards and recipes
- Use POS systems such as Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Ensure compliance with food safety and food handling regulations at all times
- Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
- Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food safety and responsible alcohol service
- Assist in serving food when required, supporting overall restaurant operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating drink recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Must be at least 21 years old (if applicable by local laws)
