We are seeking a skilled Snow Plow Operator to efficiently clear snow and ice from commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will have experience operating snow removal equipment and possess a strong understanding of safety protocols. This role is vital in maintaining safe and accessible environments during inclement weather conditions, ensuring the safety of the public and property.

Responsibilities

  • Operate wheel loader and related equipment to remove snow and ice from parking lots.
  • Monitor weather conditions continuously to plan effective snow removal strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding work progress and any safety concerns.
  • Ensure all operations comply with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience operating snow plow equipment and/or wheel loaders is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures.
  • Physical stamina to work outdoors in cold weather conditions for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
  • Reliable, punctual, able to work long or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be available on-call during winter weather events

Job Type: Seasonal

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
