As part of the journey, we are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to join our Marketing & Ecommerce team in Easter Creek, NSW. The position joins a high performing team and will be responsible for supporting the delivery of marketing initiatives across our brand portfolio. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, in close collaboration with the broader marketing team, this position owns the execution of trade shows, dealer conferences and events, point-of-sale execution, partner communications, and adjacent tasks which improve Clarus Adventure's impact in the B2B environment.  This is a senior hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across both strategic and operational marketing activities with ample documented experience, more specifically;

Trade Show & Event

Coordinate end-to-end logistics for trade shows, dealer events, and internal activationsManage event timelines, budgets, suppliers, and freight requirementsLiaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful executionSupport on-site event setup, pack-down, and post-event reporting

Point-of-Purchase (POP) & Retail

Coordinate the development, production, and distribution of POS materials in collaboration with regional Marketing ManagersManage and optimize associated vendorsSupport retail partners with POP requests and asset deploymentMaintain POP inventory and ensure brand consistency across retail environments

Marketing Campaigns

Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and trade channelsCoordinate campaign assets, timelines, and internal approvalsSupport reporting and post-campaign analysis

Skills And Experiences

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager with preferably years' experience in marketing, brand or communications with a B2B focus and ideally possessing the following traits:

Deep experience developing and executing trade shows end-to-endDeep experience developing, sourcing, and deploying point-of-purchase (POP)Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projectsAdept at fostering win-win relationships in a B2B environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to work to deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Klaviyo, NetSuite is an advantageA proactive, positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
