This Position Reports To
HR Business Partner
Do you want to play a key role in the employee experience and the smooth functioning of HR operations? Join our team as an Administrative Coordinator – Human Resources
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will be at the heart of the department's daily activities, providing essential administrative and operational support.
What You'll Do On a Daily Basis
- Onboarding & Integration: Coordinate the arrival of new employees, organize onboarding activities, and ensure a warm and structured HR welcome.
- Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process for production, warehouse, and shipping positions in collaboration with the talent acquisition team.
- Employee Support: Act as the HR point of contact for site employees, providing close support and responding to their needs.
- Team Life & Events: Help organize corporate activities (recognition programs, conferences, Health & Safety Week, etc.) and contribute to strengthening internal culture.
- Internal Communication: Assist in distributing HR communications and improving local practices.
- Labor Relations & Training: Support the management of labor relations files and assist with administrative aspects of training.
- HR Administration: Contribute to applying internal policies, managing documentation, and various HR projects.
Qualifications / Skills Required
- Degree in administration, human resources, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing or operational environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Workday (an asset).
- Excellent communication skills in French (spoken and written) and functional level in English. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
- Discretion, autonomy, rigor, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
