What You'll Do

  • Act as a secondary point of contact for tenant relations and assist in resolving inquiries.
  • Drive to various properties across Toronto to assist with tenant issues and perform light cleaning duties following tenant move-outs.
  • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services.
  • Conduct monthly building inspections and track property issues proactively.
  • Assist with guest communication, including availability between 6–11 PM EST if required.
  • Support the tendering process and respond to vendor inquiries.
  • Assist with rent collection and tenant account reconciliations.
  • Manage procurement, including purchase order generation and invoice payments.
  • Handle lease administration, including preparation of renewals, offers, leases, and lease abstracts.
  • Maintain and update property files, both digital and physical.
  • Manage utility correspondence and arrange bill redirections.
  • Assist with tenant engagement through social media, giveaways, and building events.
  • Take on other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

  • A well-organized individual with strong coordination and planning skills.
  • Comfortable working with tenants, vendors, and internal teams in a professional manner.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented when handling documentation, inspections, and financial processes.
  • Familiar with the Ontario Occupational Health & Safety Act.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with strong analytical and budgeting abilities.
  • Experienced in reviewing quotations and generating work orders.
  • Capable of handling very minor handyman tasks and conducting on-site property rounds.
  • In possession of a valid driver's licence and have reliable access to a vehicle.
