Transmission Diagnostics and Repairs: Accurately diagnose and repair issues in automatic transmissions.
Comprehensive Vehicle Maintenance: Perform maintenance and repairs across various vehicle systems, including engine, electrical, and HVAC.
Customer Communication: Effectively communicate with Service Advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and repair timelines.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all services and repairs performed.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technicians and support staff to ensure efficient operations.
Journeyman Status or Equivalent Experience: Certification as a Journeyman Technician or substantial experience in automotive repair.
Transmission Expertise: Proven ability to diagnose and repair both manual and automatic transmissions.
Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license.
Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex automotive issues with a "fix it right the first time" approach.
