VICKAR AUTO GROUP is hiring a Transmission Technician to join our high-performance team They will specialize in diagnosing, servicing, repairing, replacing transmissions; while also having extensive experience working on other vehicle components.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Test, inspect, diagnose, maintain, adjust, repair, replace vehicle components including: transmissions, fuel system, brakes, steering and suspension, engine and drive train, emission control and exhaust, cooling and climate control, electrical and electronic systems.
- Mentor, coach, train and support the development of junior staff.
- Champion a safe and healthy work environment.
- Other duties as assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 3 years hands-on automotive work
- Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification or Red Seal designation preferred
- Valid MB driver’s license and safe driving history (MPI driver’s abstract req’d)
- Prime integrity and work ethic in all actions
