We are seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-service-oriented Airport Transfer Driver to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is passenger pickup and drop-off from airports, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and premium travel experience. The ideal candidate must have their own clean, well-maintained vehicle, valid commercial insurance, and a strong understanding of airport pickup procedures.
Drivers with Uber, Lyft, or other rideshare experience are highly preferred, as this role requires excellent communication skills, punctuality, and a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform airport passenger pickups and drop-offs in a safe, timely, and professional manner
- Assist passengers with luggage during pickup and drop-off
- Maintain a clean, presentable, and comfortable vehicle at all times
- Monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times for delays or early arrivals
- Follow airport rules, traffic laws, and company service standards
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and passengers regarding pickup instructions and timing
- Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring a smooth and pleasant passenger experience
- Maintain trip logs, pickup confirmations, and required documentation
- Conduct routine vehicle safety checks and basic maintenance
- Represent the company professionally at airports, hotels, and customer locations
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must have own vehicle suitable for passenger transportation (clean, reliable, and well-maintained)
- Commercial auto insurance is required
- Prior experience in airport transfers, chauffeur services, or rideshare (Uber/Lyft) preferred
- Strong knowledge of local airports, terminals, and pickup procedures
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
- Ability to assist with luggage and stand/walk for extended periods at airport pickup areas
- Strong time-management and navigation skills
