The Role:

We're looking for a
hands-on Operations Associate
to help our team run smoothly. You'll support warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, invoicing, and contribute to our
mission of timely, high-quality service
to customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Receive, pick, pack, and ship laboratory products
  • Coordinate shipments with couriers and track deliveries
  • Maintain accurate inventory, stock, lot numbers, and expiry dates
  • Support order processing and invoicing
  • Handle temperature-sensitive and regulated products safely
  • Identify and suggest improvements to operational processes
  • Collaborate with customer service, sales, and operations teams

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma required; BSc in Life Sciences preferred
  • Experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, or laboratory environment an asset
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to take initiative
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Local candidates strongly preferred
    : Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Milton, and Mississauga
