Job Overview

Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive operations assistant to join their dynamic team. The operations assistant will collaborate across departments to enhance support of Operations , procurement, inventory,, logistics and customer service/sales , to ensure product data accuracy and maintenance

Responsibilities

  • Manage listing activities across major retailers and distributers
  • assist in maintaining price lists, and entering other customer information on ERP systems
  • maintain and upload accurate product data information create ,update and manage item sku master data in internal ERP
  • Access and maintain retailer portals
  • Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to onboard new products and support promotional activities
  • support operations and logistics with product specifications for warehouse, receiving/shipping
  • Prepare reports , trouble shoot data discrepancies , and list issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of MRP systems, demand planning, procurement processes, and supply chain best practices.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Kaizen.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. This role is integral to maintaining efficient operations while supporting ongoing process enhancements that contribute to overall organizational success.

QUALIFICATIONS;

-2-5 Years experience in operations support in a wholesale /distribution setting

-Experience in Data Entry

-Experience accessing and maintaining customer portals

-Proficient in Excel

-experience using an ERP system

-Team Player

bilingual English and French

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
