Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential settings, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for clients. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The Housekeeper will play a vital role in upholding the high standards of cleanliness and hospitality our clients expect.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
  • Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
  • Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety
  • Assist with meal preparation or light cooking as needed to enhance guest experience
  • Organize and restock supplies to ensure all areas are well-maintained
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients, addressing any special requests or concerns
  • Maintain a high level of organization in scheduling cleaning appointments and managing time effectively
  • Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
  • Ability to perform light cooking and laundry tasks efficiently
  • Exceptional communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism
  • Reliable transportation or means to commute to client locations
