**Responsibilities Include**:

- **Keeping an Eye on the Details** - Ensure each guest room is cleaned and organized in accordance with standard; Provide personalized service based on guest preferences
- **Ensuring Professional Service** - Acknowledge guests in a friendly, personal, and professional manner
- **Being a Team Player** - Work positively alongside co-workers to coordinate a memorable hotel experience for all guests
- **Setting Up Your Area for Success** - Ensure housekeeping areas are stocked with the supplies necessary to accommodate the arrivals and departures each day
- **Learn, Develop & Grow** - Participate in training opportunities to develop housekeeping knowledge, and further your career

- Ability to work within a team and support a team
- Truly cares about guest experience
- Thrives on sharing their personal local experiences with our guests and not afraid to make recommendations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hotel environment
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn, develop & grow
- Superb focus and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift and carry housekeeping items, and push/pull housekeeping carts

Hours will vary based on business volumes, must be able to work a variety of shifts and days and weekends.
