StandardAero is seeking a motivated, eager, and innovative student looking to join our Engineering Team in Winnipeg MB CA for the 2026 summer term. As an intern at StandardAero, you will gain hands-on industry experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with our teams that raise the standard of excellence. 

What you'll do:

  • Perform Lab Procedure Revisions
  • Perform Technical Manual Reviews
  • Perform Standards Implementation Gap Analysis (ISO 17025 & NADCAP Accreditation)
  • Review various Tooling Requirements and implement into production
  • Write Technical Reports and Procedures
  • Coordinate Process Improvement Initiatives
  • Identify Alternative Procedures and implement into production
  • Other Projects as assigned

What Skills you'll use:

  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision making, oral and written communication skills.
  • Working experience/knowledge on Computers and MS Office.
  • Completed 1st Year of Engineering/Technologist Studies (minimum).

Preferred Qualification:

  • Strong Project Management Skills.
  • Good understanding of basis Mechanical Engineering Principles.
