Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada C NET Building Maintenance Services Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year
  • Supervise and coordinate light‑duty, industrial and specialty cleaners across multiple locations.
  • Inspect sites and verify quality, safety and infection‑control standards; log issues and corrective actions.
  • Build weekly schedules/rotas, assign tasks and balance workloads based on service level agreements.
  • Train, coach and onboard new staff; lead toolbox talks and safety refreshers (WHMIS/OH&S).
  • Control inventory of supplies and equipment; track usage and place orders with approved vendors.
  • Liaise with client facility managers; prepare incident reports, quality audits and KPI summaries.
  • Recommend add‑on services (floor refinishing, window cleaning, minor repairs) when appropriate, etc.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
