We are seeking an exceptional individual for a crucial role within Miramichi Kia our team.  Unlike traditional Reception or Administrative Assistant roles, this position focuses on providing an exceptional experience for every guest, whether they interact with us in person, over the phone, or online.

Miramichi Kia is part of Shift Auto Group, Atlantic Canada's fastest growing Auto Group Shift Auto Group consists of Volvo Cars New Brunswick, Fredericton Kia, Fredericton Mitsubishi, 5 ReCar locations, St Croix Auto, Velocity Auto Body and 11 Wonder Auto locations across New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional experiences to all guests, regardless of how they connect with us.

  • Serving as the first point of contact for all incoming telephone calls.

  • Managing all dealership keys according to established key management policies and conducting regular key audits.

  • Accurately tracking guest traffic data using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

  • Overseeing branch administrative tasks, including managing gas purchase orders and organizing files and documentation.

  • Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the dealership to meet our high standards.

  • Managing Dealer Plate sign-out and conducting weekly audits.

  • Maintaining a professional appearance.

  • Overseeing, replenishing, and ordering supplies for the coffee bar.

  • Performing other administrative and support duties as directed by the Manager.

Essential Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational skills.

  • Honesty and reliability.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Docs.

  • An outstanding personality and a genuine desire to make people feel valued.

  • Previous office and/or customer service experience is preferred.
