Role Overview:

Solution Design & Development

• Design, develop, and implement custom enhancements, applications, and workflows using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 solutions, including CRM and other modules, to meet business needs.
• Write custom plug-ins, workflows, and JavaScript for Dynamics 365 applications.

Integration & Data Management

• Develop and maintain data models, relationships, and security roles in Dataverse.
• Ensure seamless integration with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and other enterprise applications.
• Leverage Azure Functions and Logic Apps for advanced automation.

Customization & Optimization

• Develop and optimize Power Automate flows to streamline business processes.
• Create custom reports and dashboards in Power BI for data-driven insights.
• Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.

Technical Leadership & Best Practices

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, as required.
• Stay updated on Microsoft's roadmap and emerging technologies in the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, version control, and DevOps.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.

Support & Troubleshooting

• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Dynamics 365 and Power Apps solutions.
• Provide Level 1 to 3 technical support, resolving system issues and defects.
• Maintain documentation for solutions, including design specifications, test cases, and deployment plans.

Compliance & Governance

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, configurations, workflows, and customizations.
• Develop and maintain user manuals, knowledge base articles, and best practice guides.
• Write and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end testing for Power Apps and Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and ensure application stability.
• Document and track issues using the provided tools.

Documentation & Testing

• Ensure adherence to Microsoft security and compliance standards.

The Dynamics / Power Apps Developer will be responsible for the following:

• Designing and developing scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Customizing and configuring Microsoft applications to meet business requirements, including the development of plug-ins, custom workflows, and JavaScript-based enhancements.
• Developing custom dashboards and reports to support data analytics and business decision-making.
• Applying performance tuning, security, and scalability best practices to all application development.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, enterprise architects, and stakeholders, to ensure solutions align with organizational objectives.
• Providing comprehensive support services, including issue diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution across all levels (L1–L3).
• Ensuring thorough documentation of solution architecture, workflows, configurations, and customizations.
• Participating in all phases of the testing lifecycle, including writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, and conducting UAT sessions.
• Ensuring compliance with Microsoft and organizational security, governance, and change management standards.
• Maintaining user-facing documentation, knowledge base content, and training materials to support end users and IT teams.
• Delivering additional development and support services as required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in software development with a strong foundation in C#, Java, and Python.
• Experience in web and application development, particularly with JavaScript and SQL.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and RESTful services.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and version control systems like SVN.
• Extensive experience with Power BI a plus
• Proficient in GitHub, including repository management, branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and leveraging GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.
• Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret business requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $56,872.46-$72,000.00 per year
