Position Overview: As a Design Associate at Hibou Design & Co., you will play a vital role in assisting with the design process from concept to completion. You will collaborate closely with lead designers, clients, and vendors to execute innovative design solutions and deliver outstanding results. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual eager to grow in a fast-paced, creative environment, while gaining hands-on experience with high-end residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design process, including research, concept development, space planning, and material selection.
- Prepare design presentations, concept boards, and samples for client meetings.
- Assist in sourcing furniture, fixtures, and accessories that align with the client's vision and budget.
- Help with project management tasks, including maintaining timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Prepare and review design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
- Collaborate with lead designers to ensure the seamless execution of design projects.
- Participate in client meetings and site visits to ensure design solutions are implemented effectively.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in residential interior design mandatory
- Strong proficiency in Revit & Canva
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong eye for detail, design, and aesthetics.
- Ability to self-manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for luxury design and creating spaces that reflect a curated, livable luxury style.
- Knowledge of current design trends and materials.
- Experience with project management is a plus but not required.
- Experience with design of bespoke custom cabinetry is a plus, but not required.

Aperçu du poste :
En tant que designer associé(e) chez Hibou Design & Co., vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le processus de design, de la conception à la réalisation. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les designers principaux, les clients et les fournisseurs afin de concrétiser des solutions de design innovantes et livrer des projets d'exception. Ce poste constitue une occasion stimulante pour une personne talentueuse souhaitant évoluer dans un environnement créatif et dynamique, tout en acquérant une expérience concrète dans des projets résidentiels et commerciaux haut de gamme.
Responsabilités principales :
- Participer au processus de design : recherche, développement de concepts, aménagement d'espaces et sélection de matériaux.
- Préparer des présentations, planches de concepts et échantillons pour les rencontres clients.
- Assister à la recherche et à la sélection de mobilier, luminaires et accessoires selon la vision et le budget du client.
- Contribuer à la gestion de projet : suivi des échéanciers, budgets et relations fournisseurs.
- Préparer et réviser la documentation de design (plans d'aménagement, élévations, rendus 3D).
- Collaborer avec les designers principaux pour assurer une exécution fluide et cohérente des projets.
- Participer aux réunions clients et aux visites de chantier pour veiller à la bonne mise en œuvre des concepts.
Qualifications :
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience obligatoire en design d'intérieur résidentiel.
- Maîtrise de Revit et Canva.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Sens aigu du détail, du design et de l'esthétique.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément dans un environnement au rythme rapide.
- Passion pour le design haut de gamme et pour la création d'espaces reflétant le style « luxe vivable ».
- Bonne connaissance des tendances et matériaux actuels en design.
- Expérience en gestion de projet (un atout, non obligatoire).
- Expérience en conception de mobilier intégré sur mesure (un atout, non obligatoire).
