Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll calculations and prepare paychecks accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and reconcile various financial accounts using manual or computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Prepare detailed financial, accounting, and statistical reports to support decision-making.
  • Manage and oversee financial project budgets, ensuring effective cost control and budget compliance.
  • Monitor data collection and financial analysis to provide actionable insights.
  • Establish, implement, and enforce financial policies and control procedures.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide customer service support as needed.
  • Advise senior management on financial matters, review budgets, and analyze reports for specific projects.
  • Plan and organize daily finance operations, motivate team members, and evaluate operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate financial operations and budgeting activities to optimize organizational financial performance.
  • Assign and delegate financial projects strategically to improve business decisions.
Required Skills & Expertise
  • Proficient with accounting software and financial management systems such as QuickBooks.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Windows).
  • Experience with database management and financial reporting tools.
  • Specialized knowledge in financial planning and risk management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
