Toronto, Ontario, Canada KEV Group Full time

Who We Are:
At KEV, we help school districts eliminate the school finance blind spot. Our platform gives district finance teams real-time visibility and traceability into every dollar collected at the school level; whether it's cash, check, or digital. From field trips to fundraisers, we help them manage every dollar with confidence. More than 26,000 schools across North America trust KEV to manage over $4 billion annually. By unifying payments, accounting, and reporting, KEV simplifies life for bookkeepers, builds trust with parents, and gives finance leaders the oversight their current systems cannot. It's how we help schools stay compliant, reduce risk, and focus on what matters most, student success.

Backed by Five Arrows, the PE arm of Rothschild & Co., KEV is investing more than ever to support K–12 in a world of tighter budgets, rising scrutiny, and fast-changing tech. We're headquartered in Toronto, with offices across North America.

If you're excited by the idea of building tech that protects schools, empowers finance teams, and improves education through better systems, KEV is the place for you.

About the Role
The Professional Services team is integral to KEV's success, driving customer satisfaction through collaboration and expertise. We partner across the organization to deliver exceptional service and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

We are looking for a Implementation Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of services related to customer implementations of KEV Group software, including School Cash Accounting (SCA), School Funds Online (SFO), and School Cash Online (SCO). You will work closely with various departments and contribute to the successful onboarding, training, and implementation of our software for customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and has experience in project management and training.

This role is offered as a 12-month contract position, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.
How You'll Contribute

  • Lead customer implementations — ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Provide impactful training to customers — both at a district and school user level, enhancing software adoption.
  • Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders — influencing them on the adoption of implementation and software usage best practices.
  • Drive day-to-day project activities — through the application of sound project management principles and methodologies.
  • Provide project management services — reviewing project scope, specifying deliverables, estimating, and controlling project duration and effort.
  • Collaborate with other Professional Services team members and other teams — on the delivery of services related to software implementations.
  • Liaise with Customer Success Account Managers — to facilitate smooth transitions of customers as they progress from Implementation to Support.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of project management experience in the delivery of SaaS professional services.
  • Experience onboarding and training customers in the SaaS space, ideally in the K-12 segment.
  • Knowledge of finance, bookkeeping, and accounting practices.
  • Strong preference for hands-on experience with KEV software.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of exemplary customer outcomes.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and using project management and customer success best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and deal with requests from multiple customers and departments.
  • Strong customer service skills, with exceptional interpersonal communication and ability to influence.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Quick learner, adaptable, and able to "wear different hats" and adapt to changing customer expectations.
  • Very well organized with the ability to handle multiple concurrent activities.
