Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Scarborough, ON. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing expert recommendations on services, processing transactions efficiently, and managing orders. The role also involves maintaining a professional in-store environment, answering customer inquiries, and contributing to achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, customer service abilities, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales, client interactions, and order management
  • Basic knowledge of design, printing, or related services is a strong asset
  • Ability to handle transactions, operate POS systems, and maintain store operations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the printing or retail industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are beneficial
