The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, perform a variety of skincare treatments, and promote our product lines. Responsibilities

• Perform a range of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with precision and care
• Deliver exceptional guest services by understanding client needs and recommending suitable treatments or products
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas, adhering to health regulations
• Assist clients at the front desk with check-in, scheduling appointments, and providing information about services and products
• Conduct product demos and upsell skincare or beauty products to enhance client results and satisfaction
• Provide professional hair styling services when required, including nail care services as part of comprehensive beauty offerings
• Engage in retail sales by promoting products that complement treatments and meet client needs
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and aftercare to ensure optimal results
• Support team efforts in maintaining a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as an Aesthetician or skincare specialist
• Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a clean treatment environment
• Ability to promote retail sales through effective upselling techniques while prioritizing guest needs
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients at the front desk and during consultations
• Experience in hospitality or guest services is a plus but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if needed; a professional appearance and demeanor are essential
