Compensation:
$ $40.00 depending on experience.

(Jane St and Weston Ave)

We are looking for an Instructor Therapist to work
7.5 hours per week
with a youth with autism. Join our team at 
ABA in the GTA
 and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced ABA Instructor Therapist to provide
in-home therapy.

Schedule:
 Thursdays and Fridays after school and Saturday Mornings. 
Looking for a reliable individual who is able to stay on the team long-term.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy in client homes.
  • Implement a variety of ABA techniques, including prompting, prompt fading, error correction, and task analysis.
  • Accurately collect and maintain data on target skills and behaviours.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • Create an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Behavioural Science Technology, Autism and Behavioural Science, or a related field.
  • Valid Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) or criminal record check.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Professional and General Liability Insurance, or a willingness to acquire insurance.
  • Valid driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel to client homes.
  • Experience implementing PECS and Toileting protocols.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Friendly, professional, and committed to helping clients thrive.
  • Experienced in ABA therapy, particularly in preventing and managing challenging behaviours.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • MUST have experience with PECS and Toileting
    .
