As a window and door installer for our team this is a great business opportunity to be a part of a leader in the industry

Qualifications:

  • Have a minimum 3 years of experience installing residential replacement windows and doors.

  • Must have a valid driver's license and own truck/trailer, cube van or sprinter to transport material.

  • Own a metal brake and tools to perform window/door installations.

  • 3+ years experience bending aluminum.

  • 3+ years of capping experience.

  • Must be fully insured and provide myCOI.

  • WHMIS & Working at Heights certification.

  • Must possess a high degree of organizational and time management skills.

  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and customer service skills required.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Average pay for a 2-3 person crew $100,000-$150,000 CAD / per year*, paid out weekly

  • Year-round work, Monday-Friday, to keep you busy even in the winter months (no weekends)

  • Job materials and dumpsters are provided to complete the installation at no cost to you

  • Devoted managers are on staff to assist you in a smooth project completion

*Pay varies based on volume and work completed*
