**Overall Objective of the Position**

- Able to thoroughly review tender documents (or, in the absence thereof, review site conditions) so as to accurately understand job requirements
- Familiar with waterproofing, curtain walls, window walls, punch windows, aluminum doors, sealant and IGU replacement, metal flashing, swing stage, PEWP and scaffold safety, and other general knowledge of construction site operation
- Experience with overall constructability, and high attention to detail of final deliverables
- Ability to take responsibility for the quality of delivered work
- Ability to use Adobe, Microsoft Office and other basic computer software
- Strong follow-up skills with the ability to effectively resolve difficult issues in a timely manner

**Key Duties and Accountabilities**
- Receiving tender packages (as well as quote requests for smaller jobs without a set scope outlined)
- Reading drawings, interpreting specifications, and performing site visits to determine material needs (quantity and type), fabrication requirements and installation methods
- Generating formal quotes, submitting to clients and customers

Receiving Purchase Orders from customers, and in turn submitting Phoenix Purchase Orders to suppliers for material
- Coordinating delivery of goods from suppliers
- Scheduling of crews for jobs, in conjunction with Project Coordinator
- Leading and instructing foreman (and labourers) on daily responsibilities and job deliverables
- Visiting sites as needed, per collaboration with foreman or consultant, to investigate and resolve installation issues
- Correspond and communicate job progress with General Manager for smooth operation
- Liaising with accounting for payment (or holdbacks) for material and subcontractors, as well as developing and submitting invoices to clients

Pay: $75,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
