Change Manager:

On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Change Manager for a 9.5-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client's Toronto office.

Change Manager - Job Description:

The initiative involves Low Value Payments Modernization, focusing on enhancing digital capabilities and transforming operating models to meet evolving payment needs. This project aims to streamline and simplify payments, improve working capital performance, and mitigate financial risk through innovative banking solutions.

Change Manager - Responsibilities:


• Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships


• Apply structured change management methodology across the Global Payment Platforms initiative


• Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications


• Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress


• Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders


• Lead Change Management and Training definition, planning, and execution


• Direct strategic message development and communication


• Partner with Product Owners to drive change management efforts


• Serve as a relationship manager, facilitator, and relationship-builder among key stakeholders

Change Manager - Mandatory Skills:


• 5-8 years of strong understanding of change management methodology


• 3-5 years ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences


• 3-5 years proven track record managing multiple cross-functional relationships


• 5-8 years of experience influencing leaders and senior executives


• 3-5 years of working experience in change management or corporate communications

Change Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:


• ADKAR framework certification


• Payments domain knowledge

Change Manager – Assignment Length:

This is a contract position until October 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension.

Change Manager - Assignment Location:

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite per week.
