Digital Content Specialist

Heatmaster Furnaces Inc. is a family-owned and operated manufacturer and distributor of HeatmasterSS wood and biomass heating appliances. We've built a fast-paced, well-established marketing department equipped with strong resources, mentorship, and tools to ensure the successful candidate can thrive and grow.

We are seeking a Digital Content Specialist to support our expanding brand presence and dealer network across North America. This is a long-term, permanent role with room to develop your skills, take on creative projects, and grow within a supportive, high-performing team.

Location: On-site, Winkler, Manitoba

Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday — either 8:00–5:00 (1-hour lunch) or 8:00–4:30 (30-minute lunch)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Your work will shape how thousands of customers and dealers connect with the HeatMaster brand. From social content to dealer-focused videos and website updates, your creativity will directly impact how people learn about our products and the value we provide.

A Typical Day Could Include:

- Creating engaging content for Heatmaster's social media platforms

- Developing and planning content for dealer social media accounts and dealer websites

- Shooting photos and video, and helping plan overall video content strategies for customers and dealers

- Managing the content calendar and weekly posting schedule

- Assisting with planning and coordination of brand video shoots

- Updating the Resource Hub with fresh articles, posts, and marketing pieces

- Ensuring consistent branding across digital platforms

Job Duties Include:

Content Creation & Management

- Manage the content calendar

- Post engaging and brand-consistent social media content

- Research and write blog posts and Resource Hub materials

- Assist in planning and executing brand video projects

- Support dealer digital channels with relevant, high-quality content

Social Media Support

- Help schedule and execute daily, weekly, and monthly posts across Heatmaster social channels

Requirements:

- Strong writing and communication skills

- Good visual sense for creating and curating compelling content

- Willingness to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

- Comfortable using digital publishing and social media management tools

- Experience with WordPress, graphic design, or video editing is preferred but not required

- Team-oriented, positive attitude aligned with Heatmaster's company culture

- Willingness to learn through mentorship and hands-on experience
