We are looking for an experienced AI Developer who has proven, real-world experience building AI systems that can make phone calls and intelligently complete forms. This role is highly hands-on and focused on building practical, production-ready solutions that automate real workflows NOT EXPERIMENTS OR DEMOS.

You will work on systems that combine voice AI, natural language understanding, document processing, and workflow automation, helping replace manual, repetitive processes with intelligent AI-driven interactions.

What You'll Do

  1. Design and build AI-powered voice agents capable of making outbound phone calls, handling conversations, and capturing structured information

  2. Develop systems that extract, interpret, and fill in digital forms (PDFs, web forms, structured documents) using AI

  3. Integrate speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and LLMs to enable natural, reliable phone interactions

  4. Build workflows that connect AI agents with APIs, databases, and external systems

  5. Improve accuracy, reliability, and safety of AI-generated responses in real-world use

  6. Debug, optimize, and monitor AI systems in production environments

  7. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business processes into automated AI workflows

Required Qualifications

  1. Proven experience building AI systems that place or receive phone calls. This may include voice bots, IVR automation, AI call agents, or conversational voice systems

  2. Hands-on experience using AI to fill in or complete forms. Examples include PDF form automation, web form completion, document extraction, or structured data capture

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
