OverviewLead the development and implementation of AI and automation strategies in the property industry. ResponsibilitiesDefine AI and automation strategies to drive operational efficiency and scalability.Lead the deployment and adoption of AI technologies across the organization.Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize automation opportunities.Manage and mentor a team of technology professionals to successfully deliver projects.Stay current on emerging AI trends and developments to inform strategy and direct vendor partnerships.Create and present clear, data-driven updates on project progress to senior leadership; exceptional communication skills.Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset. QualificationsHands-on experience delivering AI initiatives using tools like Co-Pilot, OpenAI, ChatGPT etc.Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and manage high-performing teams.Strong capability in designing and executing automation strategies end to end.Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholders.Strong industry awareness of relevant technology vendors and service providers.
