About Dog Tales Rescue & Sanctuary: Dog Tales is a world-renowned dog rescue and horse sanctuary set on an incredible 50 acres of green fields, rolling hills, and wooded areas in King City, Ontario. The Role:
  • Creating and curating engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), keeping up with trends and ensuring the content is creative and on-brand.
  • Planning, posting, and maintaining content schedules across all social media channels.
  • Overseeing content creation and scheduling with the media team to ensure deadlines are met and the content maintains high quality.
  • Managing social media accounts, monitoring engagement, and responding to followers in a timely manner.
  • Analyzing social media campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and performance.
  • Developing a social media plan and calendar that aligns with business goals and drives engagement.
  • Collaborating with other departments, including marketing and design, to ensure content is aligned with overall company messaging.

What You Bring:
  • 4+ years of experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing social media channels and campaigns from start to finish.

Salary: The salary for this position starts at $42,000 per year.
Schedule: This is a full-time position with a schedule of 8 AM – 5 PM, five days a week, with occasional weekend shifts as needed.
