What You Bring to the Line:

  • 1–3 years of cooking experience (restaurant/hotel/resort preferred—but we'll train the right person)
  • Solid knife skills and understanding of cooking methods
  • You hustle with precision and stay cool when it's busy
  • You're organized, dependable, and proud of the food you send out
  • Food Handler certification is a plus

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Prepping and executing dishes with consistency, accuracy, and care
  • Keeping your station stocked, clean, and ready to rock
  • Working side by side with our kitchen crew to keep service smooth
  • Maintaining high standards for quality, freshness, and food safety
  • Pitching in wherever needed—we're a team, not a lineup of lone wolves
