Spoon & Fork Restaurant Group is hiring Kitchen Helpers to support our growing team across all locations. No experience required — we will train the right candidates. If you're reliable, hardworking, and ready to grow in the culinary field, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Assist chefs and kitchen staff with daily food preparation
  • Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and tidy at all times
  • Wash dishes, equipment, and utensils
  • Maintain proper sanitation and follow food safety standards
  • Help with receiving, stocking, and organizing supplies
  • Support the kitchen team during busy service hours

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required — training provided
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
