We believe conversations will become the #1 way to shop.
At Gorgias, we're building the platform that makes this real: a unified AI agent that sells, supports, and re-engages customers across the entire journey. Conversational Commerce is the future of ecommerce, and we're leading that shift.
Our mission is to turn every interaction between a brand and its customers into a relationship: personal, seamless, and intelligent. By combining deep product expertise with the latest in AI, we're making shopping feel more natural, human, and connected than ever before.
To win, we focus relentlessly on:
- Quality: conversations that feel authentic and on-brand.
- Experience: effortless shopping from chat to checkout.
- Re-engagement: personal, 1-1 dialogue instead of noisy marketing.
The opportunity is massive. As AI reshapes how people buy, Gorgias is building the foundation for the next decade of ecommerce, where every brand has its own intelligent agent and every customer feels understood.
Join us to make Conversational Commerce real.
About the RoleWe're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to build the bridge between what we build and how we sell it. This role owns the messaging, content, and enablement programs that turn our sales team into trusted advisors who win deals, expand accounts, and build long-term customer relationships.
You'll translate product complexity into sharp narratives, create assets that actually get used in real conversations, and partner closely with Sales Leadership to ensure every rep has what they need to succeed. You'll be equal parts strategist and maker, developing positioning frameworks one day, writing battle cards the next, and running training sessions the day after that.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thinks like a marketer but operates like a sales coach, and knows that the best enablement happens when you actually listen to sales calls and sit in deal reviews.
What You'll Do- Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that turns product features into business outcomes and competitive advantages that our sales team can articulate with confidence.
- Create high-impact sales assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, discovery guides, demo scripts, battle cards, ROI calculators, case studies, and objection handling frameworks.
- Lead product launch enablement, ensuring every rep understands what shipped, why it matters, who it's for, and how to sell it with content ready before launch day.
- Build and maintain a sales content library organized by buyer stage, persona, use case, and objection type, making it easy for reps to find the right asset at the right time.
- Own competitive intelligence: run win/loss analysis, track competitor moves, conduct voice-of-customer research, and arm the team with talk tracks that win head-to-head deals.
- Be embedded in sales conversations. Listen to calls, join deal reviews, attend QBRs, and use real feedback to make content and messaging better.
- Flag underperforming metrics and prescribe solutions: identify trends (e.g., low discovery-to-demo conversion, weak competitive win rates, content gaps) and work with Sales Leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales Leadership, Demand Gen, and CX to align priorities and drive measurable pipeline impact.
- Measure what matters: track content usage, training completion, win rates, deal velocity, and expansion rates to prove ROI and prioritize what to build next.
- Act as the voice of the customer back to Product, translating market feedback and sales insights into roadmap input and feature prioritization.
- Own narrative consistency across every customer touchpoint.
- 3–5 years in Product Marketing at a B2B SaaS company with a strong sales enablement or go-to-market focus.
- Proven experience creating sales content that works—not just polished decks, but assets that get used in real deals and actually improve win rates.
- A good understanding of B2B sales motions, ideally with exposure to structured methodologies like MEDDICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills—you know how to influence Product, align with Marketing, and build trust with Sales without needing formal authority.
- Data-driven mindset: you use win/loss insights, CRM data, and call intelligence to inform strategy, not just intuition.
- Scrappy and execution-focused—you're comfortable doing the work yourself, from writing messaging docs to building training decks to running enablement sessions.
- Ecommerce or AI-tech experience is a strong plus.
- Bonus points if you've carried a quota or worked as an AE/SE—you know what it's like to sell and can speak the language of the field.

AI at Gorgias
At Gorgias, AI is a natural extension of how we work and build. Our teams use it every day to research, write, analyze, code, and craft better customer experiences. Everyone has access to premium AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Granola, Cursor & others) and an annual L&D budget to explore new ones.
The real magic happens when we share what we learn. Our #powerup Slack channel is a digital petri dish of new tools and workflows, and each team has AI champions who showcase fresh ideas during weekly company-wide standups, now practically AI demo sessions.
We see AI not as a replacement for creativity or empathy, but as a multiplier, helping us move faster, think deeper, and serve customers better.
AI use in Recruiting at Gorgias
We use AI tools to assist in managing and assessing applications, with human oversight at every stage.
Diversity & Inclusion at Gorgias
We're committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives because diverse teams drive innovation and better decision-making.
