Learn more about our Justice Portfolio.We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will work with the project and contract administration teams to assist in the distribution and coordination of technical and administrative information on projects, ensuring that the completion and filing of documents are in accordance with the project deliverables and NORR standards.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDistribute and coordinate project deliverables and schedules for all project stagesLead project document control and exchange process, liaising with internal and external team membersManage and maintains a schedule for milestone documentation, Shop Drawings, RFIs, Certificates of Payments etc.Attend internal project meetings; take and distribute minutes and follow up on important action itemsOrders, prints, and uploads project drawings and ensures appropriate seals and stamps are affixed prior to distributing to contractors, clients, and consultantsEffectively communicate with clients, contractors and senior staff Required SkillsDemonstrate understanding of architectural and engineering consulting industryCommunicate with clarity, verbally in one on one or group situations or over the telephoneExcels at writing reports, composing clear documents with strong editing and/or proof readingHas Advanced computer skills to produce reports, documents, and presentations.
