We're looking for an Audience & Content Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of organic content, fan pages, and community engagement for our artists. This is a highly execution-focused role. You'll be responsible for keeping content flowing, channels optimized, and fan communities actively engaged across platforms. You'll work closely with our Head of Digital Marketing, who provides strategic direction, while you own implementation, consistency, and follow-through.

This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the music industry through digital marketing, content, and audience growth.

You'll work hands-on with real artist campaigns, fan communities, and platform optimization — gaining practical experience in how music is discovered, shared, and grows online. This role is about doing the work, not observing from the sidelines.

This is a junior / early-career role, ideal for someone who is creative, chronically online, comfortable producing content daily, and excited to work at the intersection of music, content, and digital culture.

What You'll DoContent & Fan Page Operations

  • Manage and post content across fan and interest pages
  • Clip long-form video into short-form formats
  • Create higher-quality manual edits when automation isn't sufficient
  • Upload, schedule, and publish content consistently
  • Maintain visual and tonal consistency across pages

Platform Optimization & Channel Hygiene

  • Update video descriptions, metadata, and links to reflect current priorities
  • Manage pinned comments, end screens, and cards where applicable
  • Ensure artist channels remain accurate, current, and optimized
  • Apply updates consistently across platforms

Community Engagement

  • Respond to fans from artist accounts within provided guidelines
  • Engage with users creating content using the artist's music
  • Like, comment on, and pin relevant fan content
  • Maintain an active, authentic artist presence

Trend & Early Signal Monitoring

  • Monitor emerging user-generated content and unofficial sounds
  • Identify platform- or region-specific momentum
  • Flag early signals and insights for internal review

Artist Channel Support

  • Audit artist channels for optimization opportunities
  • Identify gaps in cadence, content mix, and platform feature usage
  • Implement approved improvements and best practices

Who You AreRequirements

  • Junior or entry-level experience in social media or content
  • Strong short-form video editing skills
  • Hands-on experience with CapCut (required)
  • Experience with DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro is a plus
  • Comfortable working inside social platforms and content tools
  • Highly online and culturally fluent
  • Organized, consistent, and detail-oriented
  • Able to execute independently with clear direction

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing fan pages or meme pages
  • Familiarity with music, artists, or online fan communities
  • Basic understanding of best practices for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
