The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining and servicing water systems, ensuring safety, compliance, and optimal operation. The Water Technician will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and maintaining water systems to meet regulatory standards and client specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Install and repair a variety of in-home and commercial water equipment.
  • Perform inspections and maintenance on Precision Water System products and perform on-site visits.
  • Perform water sampling and testing to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and maintenance activities
  • Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of water treatment equipment
  • Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations during daily operations
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot system problems and implement solutions
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns professionally and efficiently

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications related to water treatment or environmental science are a plus
  • Prior experience in water systems or related fields is preferred but not required
  • Prior experience working with electrical systems would be an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate testing equipment and interpret data accurately
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting findings and coordinating with team members
  • Valid driver's license is desirable for site visits and equipment transportation
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environmental conditions
  • Commitment to safety procedures
