Production PO Co-Ordinator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail oriented and organized production Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering production orders into the system, ensuring timely processing and maintaining clear communication between departments. Your accuracy and attention to detail will play a key in supporting productions workflows and meeting customer deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate accurate and detailed purchase orders for all purchase orders for all purchased styles.
- Clear and maintain order records, ensuring all changes are reflected promptly in the system
- Generate reports and summaries of production orders as needed.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in order information or materials.
- Assist with general administrative duties within the production or planning department.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a data entry, order processing or production administration role (Preferred).
- Experience in the apparel industry is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Experience with Momentis or other ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Problem-solver who takes initiative and follows through.
- Good knowledge of French and English (written and spoken). Strong English is required for communications with suppliers outside Quebec.

Nous recherchons un coordinateur de production organisé et attentif aux détails pour rejoindre notre équipe. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de l'entrée précise des commandes de production dans le système, en veillant à leur traitement dans les délais et en maintenant une communication claire entre les départements. Votre précision et votre attention aux détails joueront un rôle clé dans le soutien des flux de travail de production et dans le respect des délais clients

Responsabilités principales
- Générer des bons de commande précis et détaillés pour toutes les commandes d'achat de styles.
- Maintenir les dossiers de commande à jour, en s'assurant que toutes les modifications sont rapidement reflétées dans le système.
- Générer des rapports et des résumés des commandes de production selon les besoins.
- Identifier et résoudre les divergences dans les informations des commandes ou les matériaux.
- Assister avec les tâches administratives générales au sein du département production ou planification.
Qualifications et compétences requises
- Diplôme de secondaire ou équivalent exigé.
- Minimum 1 an d'expérience dans un rôle de saisie de données, traitement des commandes ou administration de production (préféré).
- Expérience dans l'industrie de l'habillement est un atout.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Expérience avec Momentis ou d'autres systèmes ERP est un plus.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et attention élevée aux détails.
- Capacité à prioriser et à gérer plusieurs tâches sous des délais serrés.
- Esprit d'équipe, motivé et capable de travailler de manière autonome.
- Capacité à résoudre des problèmes, à prendre des initiatives et à aller jusqu'au bout des tâches.
- Bonne connaissance du français et de l'anglais (écrit et parlé). Un excellent niveau d'anglais est requis pour les communications avec les fournisseurs hors Québec.
