Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Pharmacist Manager at our Toronto, ON location. The Pharmacist Manager will oversee daily pharmacy operations, manage and train pharmacy staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain efficient workflow. Key responsibilities include dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical consultations, collaborating with healthcare providers, managing inventory, and supporting health programs such as diabetes care and smoking cessation. The role requires leadership in delivering excellent customer care and supervising the team in maintaining a high standard of patient-service quality.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge and skills in pharmaceutical dispensing, inventory management, and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in Kroll Paperless Workflow
  • Proficiency in patient counseling, including smoking cessation, diabetes support, and medication adherence guidance
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage staff, provide training, and interact professionally with patients and healthcare providers
  • Experience in implementing technologies for seamless prescription processing and service improvement
  • Ability to work on-site during operating hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Registered Pharmacist license with an active membership in the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP)
  • Demonstrated experience in pharmacy management and patient-centered healthcare delivery
