to join and co-own a well-established community pharmacy in Scarborough, Ontario. This is a rare opportunity for a licensed pharmacist who wants to combine professional practice with business ownership in a respected, high-traffic location with an established customer base.

Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care & Dispensing Accurately dispense prescriptions and provide expert pharmaceutical care in compliance with all regulations.
- Clinical Services Offer medication reviews, immunizations, and health consultations to support patient wellness.
- Business Operations Oversee daily operations, inventory control, and staff performance.
- Community Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and local organizations.
- Regulatory Compliance Ensure adherence to Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) standards and applicable laws.
- Business Development Identify and implement strategies to expand services, grow revenue, and enhance customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).
- Minimum years retail pharmacy experience (ownership or management experience an asset).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in partnership and equity ownership.
- Commitment to professional ethics and exceptional patient care.
Preferred Assets
- Experience in pharmacy ownership, partnership, or senior management.
- Understanding of pharmacy business operations, marketing, and financial management.
- Proficiency with pharmacy management software and inventory systems.
