Title: Evening Commercial Cleaner – Light Duty (Part-Time/Full-Time)

Job Description: We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our janitorial team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating a clean, welcoming environment for our professional clients. Most work is performed after business hours in a low-stress office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Dusting, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing high-touch points.

· Emptying trash and recycling bins.

· Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors.

· Cleaning and restocking restrooms and breakrooms.

· Ensuring the building is secure upon departure.

. Other miscellaneous cleaning tasks as per client's needs.

Requirements:

. Minimum of one year professional cleaning experience is preferred.

· Proven reliability and punctuality.

· Must have own reliable transportation (ability to travel between various job sites daily is required).

. Valid driver's license

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Attention to detail (noticing the small things).

· Ability to pass a background check.
