C'est une belle occasion pour un professionnel rigoureux ayant de l'expérience en
méthodes de fabrication, amélioration des procédés et coordination
dans le domaine aéronautique. Vous ferez partie d'une équipe dynamique chargée de résoudre les enjeux de production et d'optimiser l'efficacité sur la ligne d'assemblage.
Vos responsabilités :
- Développer et réviser les méthodologies de travail et les instructions de production.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes d'ingénierie, de production, de logistique et de qualité.
- Mener des enquêtes de causes racines et proposer des solutions durables.
- Soutenir les initiatives d'amélioration continue et d'innovation.
- Interpréter et valider les dessins techniques et la documentation manufacturière.
Profil recherché :
- DEC/AEC ou baccalauréat en génie mécanique, industriel ou aéronautique.
- 5 à 10 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le milieu manufacturier (aéronautique, un atout).
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication, en résolution de problèmes et en leadership.
- Connaissance des processus de planification, de logistique, de qualité et de production.
- Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est un atout important.

to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in
manufacturing methods, process improvement, and coordination
within the aerospace sector. You'll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to solving production challenges and improving efficiency on the assembly line.
What you'll do:
- Develop and revise work methodologies and production instructions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, logistics, and quality teams.
- Investigate root causes and contribute to solution analysis.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive innovation across teams.
- Interpret and validate technical drawings and manufacturing documentation.
What you bring:
- DEC/AEC or bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or aeronautical engineering.
- 5–10 years of Aerospace manufacturing experience.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of planning, logistics, quality, and production processes.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
