Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for driving team performance. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that team members are motivated and productive, and maintaining high standards of service. This role requires effective communication skills, organizational abilities, and a commitment to achieving company goals.
Duties
- Lead and manage a team to achieve operational objectives and sales targets.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to team members to enhance productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving sales through effective negotiation and customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, budgets, and sales performance using POS systems.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers to ensure clarity in operations.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Address any issues or conflicts within the team promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role or similar position.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in budgeting processes and financial management.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
