The ideal candidate will have possess the following qualifications:

  • 3 years experience in accounts payable
  • Duties include but not limited to:
    • Payment of invoices and handling A/P inquiries
    • Assisting the accounting manager with various reconciliations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelors/Diploma in Accounting or Finance from accredited University/College required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with ERP software and HR systems is a plus.
  • Must be able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Must have excellent Communication, Time Management, and Organizational Skills
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, terminology, and documentation is an asset.
  • Ability to adapt administrative support to the specific needs of special purpose machines and automation system
  • Must be Detail Orientated
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
