We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety standards. Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
  • Assist with menu planning and ingredient sourcing as needed
  • Ensure all food is prepared fresh, safely, and efficiently for service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients
  • Follow food safety protocols and handle food with care to prevent contamination
  • Support the team during busy service hours by managing multiple orders simultaneously
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other culinary tools
  • Assist with catering events and special meal preparations when required
  • Serve dishes promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive work environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food preparation, restaurant service, or culinary roles required
  • Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices
  • Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
  • Experience with menu planning, food presentation, and fine dining standards is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays if needed
  • Culinary or dietary aide experience is advantageous but not mandatory
